How do I RSVP?
Please RSVP using the RSVP tab on our wedding website, or visit: www.bit.ly/RSVP2025wedding
Just follow the prompts to let us know who’s coming!
Where should I stay?
We highly recommend staying at the Hyatt House Midtown Sacramento, as many of our activities will be nearby.
** Timely Request - We strongly encourage you to book the hotel as soon as possible!** We do not have a room block, so reserving early helps us with planning and ensures that guests have a room for the wedding. To reserve your hotel, visit: www.bit.ly/hyattsacramento
When should I plan to arrive and leave?
All guests are invited to all events! Check out the “Schedule” tab on our wedding website. Our weekend starts Friday evening and ends Sunday mid-day. We can’t wait to spend the weekend with you all!
What airport should I fly into?
We recommend flying into Sacramento International Airport (SMF), which is just a 20-minute ride to Midtown, Sacramento.
The hotel is in Midtown, but the wedding venue is a bit outside of that area. Why stay in Midtown?
We will be hosting several activities throughout the weekend in the Midtown, Sacramento area. (See Schedule page of our wedding website.)
We want to show off our cute neighborhood, and staying at this hotel gives you easy access to everything we have planned. Plus, we’ll be providing a shuttle to transport guests to and from the Hyatt Hotel, Midtown to the wedding on Saturday, so getting there will be a breeze!
**To reserve your hotel, visit: www.bit.ly/hyattsacramento
What day is the shuttle available?
A shuttle will be provided on Saturday to help guests get to and from the main events. The shuttle will:
1) Take guests from the Hyatt House Hotel, Midtown to the ceremony
2) Take guests from the ceremony to the dinner reception
3) Return guests from the dinner back to the hotel
Full details are available on the “Schedule” page of our wedding website. For Friday and Sunday events, everything is within close distance of the hotel, so transportation will not be provided.
Are kids welcome?
Absolutely! We’re thrilled to celebrate with guests of all ages. If you’re bringing children, please be sure to include them in your RSVP. Visit the RSVP tab on our wedding website for more details.
Can I bring a plus one?
If your invitation includes a plus one, you’ll see their name or an option when you RSVP on our wedding website. If you have any questions, please let us know.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Kindly RSVP by September 20th, 2025 so we can plan accordingly—thank you!
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please make note of your dietary restrictions and allergies when you RSVP.
What if I need accommodations for someone with accessibility needs?
Just let us know, we'll make it work for you!
Do you have a wedding registry?
Your presence at our wedding truly means the world to us, and is the greatest gift of all. That said, for those who wish to give something, we’ll have a registry available shortly on our wedding website in a new tab called Registry - likely 1-2 months prior to the wedding. Thank you for your love and support!
What should I wear?
On Friday and Sunday, the dress code is Dressy Casual. For Saturday, the ceremony and reception is Semi-formal / Formal attire. Think polished but comfortable — whatever makes you feel your best.
What will the weather be like?
It's Sacramento in the fall — expect sunshine with a chill in the air. Be sure to wear layers, as the weather can be unpredictable, and rain is possible if unlikely.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, so please dress for the weather and wear shoes suitable for a grassy lawn. If it rains, we’ll move indoors at the same location.
Where is the location of the welcome reception (Friday) and brunch (Sunday)?
Both events will take place near the Hyatt House hotel in Midtown, Sacramento. Exact locations and details of our full schedule is on the Schedule section of our wedding website.
