On Friday evening, we’d love to start the weekend at Federalist Pizza! This will be low-key, within walking distance of the hotel, and everyone will cover their own food and drink. We can't wait to catch up with you and spend a fun evening together.

The complimentary shuttle to Gibson Ranch Regional Park will depart from the Hyatt House Hotel at 2:30pm. Please meet at the front of the hotel by that time. All guests are welcome to take the shuttle, regardless of where you’re staying. We won’t be tracking guests, so please note that the shuttle will depart promptly at 2:30pm. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to ensure you don’t miss it! If you’re not taking the shuttle, please plan to arrive at The Ranch House at Gibson Ranch Regional Park at 3:00pm for the festivities. We’ll be celebrating with cocktails, cake cutting, and lawn games. After some fun and games, our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm outside at Gibson Ranch Regional Park. It may be dark and chilly, so please bring a jacket.

Come feast family-style, on us, for a wonderful time with celebrations and delicious food. The shuttle will take us back to Hyatt House Hotel, Midtown after dinner. (We recommend taking an Uber/Lyft back if you need to leave early).

We’re wrapping up the weekend with a relaxed brunch and hangout—complete with lox, bagels, refreshing drinks, board games, and great company. Feel free to drop in and stay as long as you’d like. Festivities will wind down by Sunday afternoon.
